How Songtho Legal came to be
Songtho Legal was established by practitioners who had each spent years in broader commercial law before recognising a quiet gap: families dealing with estates in Thailand often struggled to find legal support that was both technically sound and genuinely sensitive to their circumstances.
We chose to focus entirely on inheritance and succession matters. That focus allows us to understand the particular pressures families face — the paperwork arriving while grief is still fresh, the relatives who do not agree, the documents in languages that feel foreign — and to address each of them with care.
Our office on Sathon Road is a place where families can sit, take their time, and ask questions without feeling rushed. That unhurried quality is something we protect deliberately.
